This Manhattan Pink Fruit/Dessert Bowl has a Horizontal Ribbed design, with two handles. The handles are very Art Deco in design and would look great in your glass collection. Anchor Hocking produced Manhattan Pink from 1938 – 1943. Anchor Hocking merged with Hocking Glass in 1937. Glass produced in 1938 was made under the Anchor Hocking Brand. This pattern was started towards the end of the Great Depression. The Great Depression was a World Wide Economic Depression from 1929 – 1939.
Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition. No Chips, cracks or nicks or repairs. Color is not faded. A few tiny bubbles, which are normal and usually occur during glass production.
